Captain wants to move on
Manchester United captain Wayne Rooney wants to move on from Saturdays defeat to Swansea City and focus on Sunderland on Sunday.
The Red Devils and Louis Van Gaal came crashing down after a shock result leaving the stadium in a flurry of rich in-twisted nerves of what lies ahead.
Speaking to MUTV he said "It was a disastrous start for us, but we have to move on. We're not happy, the manager's not happy. We'll have to go through what went wrong during the week. We'll do that."
The striker is set to play a key role in this seasons positioning with him already awarded the captains armband and more than certainly the leading man to look to for goals. That is of course until Robin Van Persie returns from injury.
He also added"We need to prepare right and get this result out of our system. We start our season from there,”
A man of 28 now (Rooney) will hope and pray to inspire Manchester United to bounce back along with Louis Van Gaal. A win with Rooney more than certainly leading the team out on Sunday is essential to the proxemics of were we heading.
He finally added"It's a game we were desperate to win to kick-start our season but we haven't done that. We have to go back during the week and look at how the game went, try to improve and make sure we get it right for the next game."
I hope that this won't be parallel to last season were 'our season starts here' coming after ever game which in turn will anger and stress some Manchester United fans into believing nothing has changed.
