Dutchman needs more time

Manager and Dutchman Louis Van Gaal has admitted he will need more time to merge this Manchester United into success again.

After the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson the uphill challenge was huge and Louis Van Gaal taking over from David Moyes knows he's philosophy will work.

Van Gaal speaking at his press conference today said "Two weeks ago I was the king of Manchester and now I am the devil of Manchester."

Louis Van Gaal has been in footballs elite for some time now and has often been described as arrogant but it is with that quality that he has earned his name upon potentially one of worlds best managers.

He said: "I think the fans ofManchester are intelligent. I've already said that it shall be difficult in the first three months, for the players and also for the fans. I've said it to Ed Woodward and the Glazers that this is what it is."

The Dutchman is a bold character and not afraid to make an unexpected choice which is a perfect physiology plan to put along with other managers as if is catching them off guard.

He finally added "I'm not hired to be fired. I'm hired to build up a team. That process needs time. I bring another philosophy in the club."

I will stand by Van Gaal 100% i trust in his judgement by his trophy tally and experience at the top level unlike David Moyes.

The defeat last Saturday was a blip but nothing less than a blessing in disguise with it giving fans a reality check on how we can not put ourselves in a false sense of security that everything has changed for the better after just 5 minutes and a new man at the bosses helm.
