Sherwood sure win
Man United only major change is Wayne Rooney who returns after missing the trip to Norwich. Robin Van Persie is still sidelined as in form striker Danny Welbeck keeps his place.

14 minutes into the match as Tottenham had been on the counter attack Robert Soldado had set up Aaron Lennon for Spurs first real attack. The Spurs midfielder had shot at goal but it had been saved by goalkeeper David De Gea legs as Spurs have the first real opening of the game.
30 minutes into the match as Adebayor had found space to have a pot shot at goal. The shot had gone just wide of Spaniard David De Gea's goal as Tottenham begin to get a foot hold in the match.
10 minutes until half time when Christian Eriksen had crossed from the right hand side into the middle in front of the Stretford end. The cross had found in form striker Emmanuel Adebayor as the travelling fans hoped for a goal. The Togo strikers header had gone into the right hand corner of the net beating De Gea and giving Tottenham a 1-0 lead. The away leap out of their seats in celebration as Adebayor had scored his 4th goal in five appearances under new manager Tim Sherwood.
At half time as Spurs lead 1-0 at Old Trafford. A headed goal from Adebayor into the right hand corner puts them in ahead at the break.
Manchester United have lacked to make any real chances after starting well and will need to get back in the game.
Tottenham Hotspur have got a foot hold in the game and stayed in the match and got the lead through a headed effort from Adebayor but may need a second to secure the win.
5 minutes after the restart when Michael Carrick had lofted a pass over the top for Danny Welbeck the midfielder pass had found the striker and with ith his back to goal the Englishman (Welbeck) had tried to flick a leg at Hugo Lloris but it had been saved comfortable.
Half way through the second half when on the counter attack, three on three Adebayor had passed out wide to Soldado. The Spurs fans had hoped for a goal as Soldado passed through to Lennon on the right hand side. Lennon had drove at the defensive and crossed the ball into the middle as Antonio Valencia was asleep. Eriksen had pounced on Valencia sleeping and headed the ball straight past De Gea to double Spurs lead. The United fans hands in head as Eriksen doubles Spurs lead.
One minute later had attacked back straight away when the ball had found Adnan Januzaj on the right hand side. The youngster had his head up looking to pass as the United fans felt bad and gloomy after seeing them just go 2-0 down. The 18 year old had put Welbeck through on the right hand side,one on one with Lloris. The in form striker had chipped the ball over the French keeper to get United straight back into the game. The Old Trafford faithful mood had changed as they urge their team on. That had been Welbeck's scores his 7th league goal this season.
13 minutes till the final whistle as Januzaj had room on the right adjacent with the goal. The pressure had been mounting as Januzaj bolted a ball into the middle. Hernandez had been at the front post to give a low back heel flick had been saved by Lloris an inch from going through his legs and drawing United level.
At full time as Spurs go three points clear of Man United through a well held one goal lead. Goals from Adebayor and Eriksen for Spurs and another goal for in form striker Danny Welbeck.
Manchester United suffer another home defeat as the only started playing when going two goals down. A good response from Welbeck with another goal but not good enough.
Tottenham Hotspur fended off attack after attack towards the end and held on to give new manager Tim Sherwood their 2nd win in two matches at Old Trafford.
