Quick fire goals kill Villains

Manchester United make five changes from the side that beat Shakhtar Donetsk in mid week some of the changes include Ashley Young,Shinji Kagawa and Rio Ferdinand being replaced by Danny Welbeck,Antonio Valencia and Phil Jones who drops back into centre back.
 

Man United XI: De Gea, Rafael, Jones, Evans, Evra, Valencia, Cleverley, Giggs, Januzaj,Rooney, Welbeck. 
 

Subs:Lindegaard, Ferdinand, Fabio, Young, Büttner, Fletcher, Zaha.
 

Aston Villa make four changes to the side that lost to Fulham on Sunday. Two changes to the defence as Chris Herd is injured and replaced by Nathan Baker who drops into centre back as Antonio Luna goes out into the right back position. Paul Lambert also gives Marc Albrighton a start instead of Andreas Weimann who is on the bench.

Four minutes into the match when Benteke had spread the ball out on the left to Albrighton on the edge of the box. The Tamworth born midfielder had turned and aimed a shot down towards the right hand corner as Spaniard David De Gea had gone down low claim the ball. 
 

15 minutes had past in the match as Man United had a throw in on the right hand side. Rafael had thrown the ball to Tom Cleverley and then the England international had given it back to him down the right. Rafael had crossed the ball to the unmarked Adnan Januzaj who's free header had hit the right hand post as the United fans had stopped and saw the ball come back to Welbeck and finished into the empty net. United fans go crazy as Welbeck celebrates his first goal since the opening day.
 

2 minutes later as the Aston Villa defence had given the ball away in the middle of the park. The ball had been with Danny Welbeck as he had Valencia free on the right hand side and the goalscorer had found him. Valencia had drilled a ball into the front post as the United carry on singing in full voice the ball had found Welbeck again as he had poked the ball into the top left hand corner to double United's lead and United fans happiness. Welbeck has now double his tally for the season with his second of the match.

 

33 minutes had past in this match when Valencia had made a towering run into the middle and threaded a ball through to Welbeck on the right hand side. The homegrown player had looked to fire a shot into the right hand post and had gone very close as the ball bounced just wide of the right hand post.
 

At half time and Manchester United go into the break two goals to the good through Danny Welbeck both from crosses. 
 

Manchester United have been much improved with good performances from Welbeck,Valencia,Januzaj,Giggs and Evans. Man United will need to keep focused on the task at hand and not concede.
 

Aston Villa have been shaken up by the two goals and have yet to attack after going behind. Villa will need to have a good spell like how they started attacking with quicker passing and more clinical finishing.
 

7 minutes after the restart when Luna had misplaced a pass to Cleverley in a dangerous position. The English midfielder had passed to Wayne Rooney in the middle with the United fans with a good view saw the ball played through to Cleverley on the right as he had powered the ball into the right hand side of the goal leaving Brad Guzan no chance as United kill off the game and give the United fans something to cheer about. That had been Cleverley's first goal of the season.
 

58 minutes had past in the match as Marc Albrighton had taken a shot/cross from the right hand side. The shot had been flying and moving as De Gea had punched it away from the near post keeping a clean sheet in sight.
 

73 minutes had past as Rooney picked up the ball just outside the ball and powered into the box as the ball rolled out to the Villa defender as Guzan looked to claim but he hadn't as he had tried to hook the ball away. The ball had only rolled out Welbeck as he had tried to chip the ball over the bodies but his shot had gone over.
 

3 minutes later when Gabby Agbonlahor had been fouled on the edge of the box by Rooney and Jones. 20 yards out as Karim El Ahamdi had whipped a ball into the right hand side as De Gea dived and pushed away from his goal.
 

At full time and Manchester United cruise to a 3-0 win with goals from Cleverley and a double from Welbeck.
 

Manchester United were strong in all areas and ended a two game league losing streak with a great performance. Also another positive was Darren Fletcher who came on after an ongoing injury finally ended.
 

Aston Villa were killed off when Cleverley scored the last goal in the 52nd minute. Benteke was poor again and is going through a bad patch in the season. 
 

Next up for Manchester United is a to host Stoke City on Wednesday night in a League cup quarter final match.
