The Baggies bag up United

David Moyes faces a much easier team than he's previous two as United face West Brom who are now an established Premier League side. David Moyes starts Shinji Kagawa,Javier Hernandez and Luis Nani all start in the side after the 1-0 Carling Cup win against Liverpool as Robin Van Persie is on the bench. West Brom have Stephan Sessegnon in the starting line up as former Manchester City fringe player Scott Sinclair also starts in the West Brom team.

3 minutes into the match when Manchester United had threatened as Kagawa had found space. Kagawa had made a clever pass into Nani on the edge of the box as hopes had been high but Nani's shot had been blocked away by the West Brom defence.

16 minutes into Man United's first 3pm game of the season as Nani had delivered another perfectly timed cross into the West Brom box. The cross had caused danger as Hernandez had leaped at the ball just 6 yards out as the ball had just missed the end of the Mexcian's boot as Boaz Myhill gathered.

30 minutes into the match when 28 year old Frenchman Morgan Amalfitano had crossed into the Manchester United box. West Brom youngster Sadio Berahino who replaced Scott Sinclair after just 13 minutes. Berahino had Rio Ferdinand on his back as he had turned and headed. Berahinos header had beaten De Gea and gone just wide of putting West Brom one up.

At half time and Manchester United go into the break drawing 0-0. West Brom have gone closest when Berahinos header went just wide. Luis Nani's crosses have been threading as Van Persie,Dany Welbeck and Marouane Fellaini are itching to come on. Kagawa has also been involved a lot it is all building up for a great second half.

2 minutes after the restart when West Brom ha threatened again as Sessegnon had beaten three Man United players and passed into youngster Berahino. Berahino's shot had been at a tight angle and he had done very well as the shot had been saved by Spaniard David De Gea's feet.

54 minutes into the match when Amalfitano had driven into the Manchester United defence. Amalfitano had put the ball through Rio Ferdinand's legs as the travelling West Brom fans rise out of their seats. Amalfitano had been one on one with De Gea as he had used a fake shot to fool the Spaniard keeper ten he had chipped the ball over him and into the back of the net. West Brom fans went crazy as a fantastic goal went past De Gea.

4 minutes later as Man United had won a free kick with Wayne Rooney over the ball on the left hand side of the box. Man United fans had still been shocked about going behind as Rooney had hit a free kick into a dangerous arena. The ball had been on target as Javier Hernandez ducked down missing the ball and forcing Myhill to dive the wrong way as the ball had gone into the right hand corner. Man United fans restore their hope as Rooney scores another free kick his second in three games.

Halfway through the second half when Sessegnon had crossed the ball into Amalfitano as a Man United defender followed him. Amalfitano had flicked the ball behind him to Berahino. A great flick by Amalfitano had made the group of West Brom fans cheered and arose in hope as Berahino fired a shot into the left hand corner past David De Gea. The Manchester United faithful had been shocked again and so might have some of the West Brom fans as their side had retaken the lead. Berahino has scored his first goal for West Brom on only his fourth appearance for the Baggies.

5 minutes left as Man United had come ever closer as the ball had been crossed in by Nani. The Portuguese's cross had been good all day and it did not disappoint as the ball had found Fellaini who had come on as a second half sub. The United fans had leaped out of their seats as the ball had hit the net only for the linesman to hold his flag and rule the goal offside. The replay shows that Fellaini had been offside a correct decision.
Into injury time when Adnan Januzaj has done well to beat his man and had made room for the shot but the Belgian's shot had gone just wide of Myhill's goal.

At full time and Manchester United have lost back to back league games. Take nothing away from West Brom as goals from Amalfitano and Berahino settled the win for them. Rooney had scored again keeping his great run of form up as Man United and David Moyes look lost. Manchester United very slow an lacked any tempo and Moyes will need real backing now from his players and fans.
