Uruguay 0-2 Colombia Last 16

Colombia will progress to the quarter finals as they surpassed Uruguay in a comfortable win which was yet again inspired by James Rodriguez.

The game had sprung into life on 28 minutes when AS Monaco star James Rodriguez had stunned football fans around the world again when he picked up the ball outside the box on his chest. He had taken his time to hit a sumptuous volley against the bar and into the net a fantastic finish from the young star.

Colombia were a class act in midfield which the difference but Urugauy haven't been outplayed by a very good Colombian team.

The second goal came on 50 mins when the ball had come in from the right hand side. The ball had been to the back post as the Colombian star Cuardado had headed the ball into James Rodriguez's path to cushion the ball into the goal. He is now turning into one of the stars of the World Cup. 

Uruguay have had 12 attempts on goal, but other than the one strike from Cristian Rodriguez they never had tested Colombia David Opsina.

The star Man James Rodriguez is really showing the footballing worlds his talents as he now has 5 goals and 4 four assists in four games. He was fantastic again tonight and is starting to light up the world with his skill and style.
